The challenge
Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is a hands-on skill, and teaching it to neonatal clinicians needs more than slides and recorded lectures. POCUSVISION set out to build an interactive application where clinicians learn to acquire and interpret neonatal ultrasound in a structured, practical way. They needed a development team that could turn clinical expertise into a reliable product, keep improving it, and run it securely for users around the world.
What we did
We develop and maintain the POCUSVISION application end to end:
- Product development: new modules and features designed with the clinical team, so the learning flow matches how the skill is actually taught and assessed
- Content tooling that lets clinical educators manage cases, images and learning material without a developer
- User accounts, access and integrations with the platforms the business uses for payments and communication
- Hosting, security, backups and monitoring, so the application is available and protected without the client needing in-house IT
- Ongoing maintenance: dependency updates, performance work and support as the user base grows
The results
POCUSVISION is used by neonatal clinicians internationally, and the client has one team to call for everything from a new feature to a server alert. Because we both build and run the platform, improvements ship quickly and the application stays secure and current.
