Microsoft 365 includes Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint. For many internal processes, a well-built Power App or an automated flow gets you most of the benefit of custom software at a fraction of the cost, and lives inside Teams where your staff already are.

When to go custom instead
Power Platform has limits: licensing per user, performance with large data, and complex logic gets hard to maintain. If your process is the core of your business, we will usually recommend a custom web application. We build both, so the advice is honest.

Do we need extra licences for Power Apps?
Many apps run within the standard Microsoft 365 licence when they use SharePoint and Dataverse for Teams. Premium connectors and Dataverse need per-user or per-app licences; we design around that where possible.
