Microsoft 365 is the operating system of most small businesses now: email, files, Teams, phones, security and device management in one subscription. Set up well, it removes a server, a file share, a phone system and three other subscriptions. Set up badly, it is just expensive email.

- Migration from Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, old hosting or another tenant, with no lost mail and minimal downtime
- Teams and SharePoint structured around how your business works, not the default template
- Intune for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android: enrol a new laptop, hand it over, and it configures itself with your apps, policies and security
- Security baselines: MFA, conditional access, Defender, information protection and the settings Microsoft recommends but does not turn on
- Ongoing administration as part of a managed or co-managed agreement
Intune deployment
We have rolled Intune out to businesses from five devices to several hundred, including Apple Business Manager for Macs, iPhones and iPads and Android Enterprise for shared and rugged devices. Autopilot means new Windows devices can be shipped straight to a staff member and set themselves up on first sign-in.

Which Microsoft 365 plan should a small business be on?
For most NZ SMEs, Business Premium. It costs more than Business Standard but includes Intune, Defender for Business and the security features insurers now expect, which would cost more to buy separately.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files all move across, usually over a weekend, with your team walked through the changes on Monday.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No, but buying through our CSP partnership means one bill, flexible monthly terms where available and us handling the licence admin.
