IT that is handled, not just fixed
Most businesses do not want to think about IT. They want email to work, laptops to turn on, printers to print and nobody to lose a day's work when something breaks. Managed IT is how we make that happen: we take ownership of your environment, monitor it around the clock, fix things before you notice them and give your team a helpdesk that picks up.
What's included
- Helpdesk and on-site support for every staff member, with remote fixes first and a visit when it matters
- 24/7 monitoring and patching of every computer and server, so updates happen quietly outside work hours
- Microsoft 365 administration: users, licences, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint and security policies
- Endpoint security: Defender, MFA, device encryption and the policies that make a lost laptop a non-event
- Backup and recovery for Microsoft 365 and servers, tested, not just scheduled
- Printers, networks, phones and vendors: we deal with the ISP, the printer company and the software vendor so you don't have to
- Monthly reporting in plain English: what happened, what we fixed, what's coming
How pricing works
We charge a fixed monthly fee per user or per device, agreed up front, with the scope written down. Projects such as office moves or new servers are quoted separately so your monthly bill never surprises you. Ask us for a quote and we'll give you a number, not a sales process.
Who it suits
Businesses with 5 to 100 staff that have outgrown "the person who is good with computers" and want IT to be a solved problem. We work with professional services firms, trades and construction, manufacturing, retail chains, health practices and not-for-profits across Waikato, the Bay of Plenty and Auckland.
