Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Numbers are ported to a SIP provider and pointed at 3CX. There is a short overlap period so nothing is missed.
Does 3CX work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Teams users can make and receive calls through 3CX without buying Microsoft calling plans.
Cloud or on-premises?
Cloud suits most small businesses. On-premises makes sense for larger sites, unreliable internet or specific compliance needs. We will recommend one after looking at your setup.
